2010 Chevron Houston Marathon

I ran a personal best today at the 2010 Chevron Houston Marathon today. I finished with a total time of 3 hours 33 minutes and 27 seconds. That's an average of 8 min and 9 sec per mile for 26.2 miles. I came in 91st place for my age group and 708th place over all.

I beat my personal best on this course by over 15 minutes. I have had a great year and I want to thank everyone on the course who helped me run and cheered me on and all the members of Team Ranger for motivating me to do my best.

Also I want to thank Theresa Torres for running with Team Ranger and Lisa Caruso for managing such an amazing program. I have loved it. You have helped me see that the most rewarding part of running is being able to share it with others.

Rangers Lead the Way!

Hooah !

  4. You didnt train for nothing! You are able to run 3 miles now!! Thats something that very few people can do. You should be proud of yourself. Every journey begins with those first few steps and you have taken those steps, so how knows where life will take you : D
