Training 10/21

Weather has not been with us the past few weeks and today it was off and on rain so I cut practice short after it started raining on us today. I want everyone to run this weekend for at least 20 minutes or 2 miles. It is important that we continue our training over the weekend, especially since we did not run today. Also make sure you get some core training in and stay off the fat boy snacks. Half of being fit is eating healthy. Eat food, Real food, Mostly plants.
