Currently Team Rangers Fitness Program comes right out of FM 21-20 The United States Army Physical Fitness Training Manual. We start off with a series of rotations, then stretches, followed by a series of excercises to strengthen our core.
As of today I have them run a mile. As we spend more time training I plan on increasing the distance in quarter mile increments. Furthermore, I plan on doing some speed training so that my students can increase thier times.
